In the reverse game of this first round clash, both teams played out a 0-0 draw at the Stade Amahoro in Kigali on February 29.
Rwanda, ranked 119 by the world soccer governing body, FIFA, have failed to win in their last five matches.
The Wasps go into this game with a heavy 0-4 defeat at Algeria and a
1-1 draw at home to Benin Republic in the 2014 FIFA World Cup
qualifying.
Milutin Sredojevic's men come up against the Super Eagles, who have
taken four points in their opening two games in the World Cup
qualification this June.
But the Eagles under Stephen Keshi have averaged less than a goal per game in their last three competitive matches.
Keshi has expressed concern about his team's approach in the final third.

For this game, Keshi has left out Dickson Etuhu, Peter Osaze
Odemwingie, Joel Obi, Taye Taiwo and Yakubu Aiyegbeni, who all started
in the first clash in Kigali as well as injured captain Joseph Yobo.
However, Sredojevic has named a strong Rwandan side of 18 players that
include influential captain and striker, Olivier Karekezi, Bokota
Labama, Steven Godfroid and goalkeeper Jean Claude Ndoli.
The Wasps have never beaten their Nigerian counterparts as the West
Africans have won once and drawn twice in their last three head-to-head
meetings.
