Rapper 50 Cent was involved in a bad car accident in New York City late Monday night, RadarOnline.com has learned.
The 36-year-old's bullet-proof SUV was rear-ended by a Mack truck while driving on Interstate 495 and he was put on a stretcher and taken to the hospital.

The site reports that the driver of the 18-wheeler told police his load shifted and he lost control of the vehicle, slamming into 50's ride, almost flipping it.
