MISS BLACK AFRICA UK UNVEILS IT'S JUDGES

Miss Black Africa UK has started to unveil it's line up of celebrity judges as it begins the search for miss black africa UK 2012. The founder Dele Onabowu explained that it is important to work with very experienced judges with outstanding work ethics.

HEAVEN AFRIKA

Heaven has been modelling since the age of nine and is also a holistic healer. She describes herself as “a different species, certainly not human” and wants to heal the world with a hug.

A poet and currently writing her first novel, she says that if she had one day left on Earth, she would “do a skydive, bungee jump, get on a plane and travel somewhere really exotic”.

A contestant on  Big Brother UK 2011, she has modelled from coast to coast and is often described as the fiercest of them all. Miss Black africa is renown to feature top models in its Judges line up.

Past Judges have been Ibukun Jegede one of the UK's top black models , Catwalk professor a.k.a mr fierce who featured in the ITV program Models,Misfits and Mayhem and the Godfather of African fashion in the UK, the noble Mr Adebayo Jones(recipient of too many awards to list). Ibukun is on the judging panel for 2012 as well so it should be a very interesting year.

IBUKUN JEGEDE

Ibukun who has become a Miss Black Africa adviser has earned his stripes working with top designers all across europe. His accomplishments to date will leave many male models green with envy yet he remains modest and professional at all times. The season 3 winner of the UK's Top Model of Colour, he hasworked as a professional model for over 8 years in Spain, France, Senegal, England and the USA. In 2007, he was stand out Model of the year and in 2008 was awarded the most fashionable model in East Midlands,UK.  In 2009, he became the the recipient of the BEFFTA Award for the Best Male modelof the year category.

He is currently doing a Masters Degree in Management and Entrepreneural e-business at the Nottingham Trent University.
