So many evens and festivals are celebrated, but the one that remain fresh in the minds of few people is the read head celebrated in Breda in the Netherlands.
It is significant to those with READ HEADS considering the fact that they constitute just 2% of the world's population! what more? it is therefore a time to mingle with their minority peers.
