Nigeria’s hottest rapper M.I, singers’ singer Waje and upcoming rock band Threadstone will, on Thursday, May 31, 2012, entertain lovers of rock music at the Oriental Hotel in Lekki.
Other artistes performing at the monthly ‘Rock Nite’ concert, which will feature a ‘rock red carpet’ include Ruby, Clay, Aramide, Christine and Honey.
Organisers say Rock Nite is a monthly
music event geared towards exposing Nigerians to the rock genre and
more. The event, we’ve been told, will feature original compositions and
duets from performing artistes.
Admission into the event is free and the best rock dressed for the night will win prizes, according to the organisers.
